Levi has owned his own Food Truck, Attila the HUNgry, which was awarded People’s Choice Best Food Truck in Edmonton in 2015, and served Edmonton the award-winning dish, Duck Tots: Ranked #27 of the top 100 in Edmonton.
Chef Levi has also worked in many great kitchens; including Zinc at the AGA under Chef Dave Omar, Le Beaujolais (4 Diamond Restaurant in Banff, Alberta), and Head Chef at Packrat Louie.
- 1st Course - Blueberry, basil & goat cheese chilled soup, buttered toast, gremolata
- 2nd Course - Orzo salad, charred tomato, toasted almond, basil and red pepper pesto, soy beans, soy and sake pickled garlic shavings.
- 3rd Course - Squid ink paella, shrimp, confit octopus, roasted pepper, pickled fennel, pomegranate gastrique.
- 4th Course - Cherry and peach cobbler, ginger, miso brown sugar dumplings, grilled lemon dressing, sugared micro greens.
